The Loan Officer will develop and own the builder channel by establishing relationships with home builders, developers, and onsite sales teams across Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. They are responsible for originating mortgage business through these partnerships while leveraging the company's existing operations and marketing infrastructure.

Evaluate loan applications for eligibility and guide clients through the lending process while ensuring regulatory compliance. Act as a liaison between clients and financial institutions to manage documentation and foster referral relationships.
