The Vice President of Studio Operations oversees the full P&L, operational strategy, and performance of the North American studio fleet. This role leads a national organization of field leaders to drive revenue growth, talent development, and brand consistency across all locations.

The Recruiter will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for an assigned regional territory, including sourcing, interviewing, and auditioning coach candidates. They will also partner with field leadership to forecast hiring needs and implement regional recruitment strategies.
