The Land Partnerships Specialist is responsible for proactive landowner outreach through cold-calling and email marketing to secure site control for solar and BESS projects. They will manage the full lifecycle of land opportunities, from initial contact and qualification to negotiating lease agreements.

Manage U.S. real estate legal workstreams focusing on title, survey, curative, and project closings for solar and BESS projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to resolve legal issues and ensure project financeability.

The agent is responsible for identifying and securing land for community-scale solar projects through proactive outreach and negotiation with landowners. They manage the full acquisition cycle, from initial site qualification and feasibility assessment to the execution of lease and option agreements.
