Responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities to achieve revenue and EBITDA targets within the clinical research sector. This includes managing client relationships, leading strategy development for proposals, and providing sales mentorship to the commercial team.

Manage the end-to-end budget and proposal process for clinical studies, from RFP receipt to final delivery. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define scope and ensure budgets are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client requirements.
