The Senior Associate Broker is responsible for executing high-volume marketing and placement tasks for new business and renewals. This includes managing the submission process, negotiating terms with underwriters, and ensuring file quality and compliance.

Drive financial performance and new business production for the assigned region through strategic sales planning and relationship management. Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers while collaborating with underwriting partners to ensure profitability.

The Account Manager will cultivate client relationships, manage policy maintenance, and provide support throughout the claims process. They are responsible for ensuring accurate record-keeping in Applied Epic and proactively managing account retention.

The Associate will be responsible for identifying and researching acquisition targets across defined sectors and geographies, conducting high-volume outbound outreach via phone and email to agency owners, and tracking all activity accurately in the Company CRM. This role also involves coordinating introductory meetings between prospects and senior leadership to support the overall acquisition strategy.

The Placement Executive will assist the Placement Director in mentoring the placement team and managing daily operations. They will also analyze market trends, build relationships with insurance carriers, and ensure timely placements.
