The role focuses on monitoring platform health, resolving escalated technical issues, and ensuring the reliability of carrier and ecommerce integrations. It involves partnering with Engineering to fix defects and building scalable support operations and monitoring systems.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including identifying targets, creating demand, and closing enterprise agreements. Build and execute named-account plans and develop multi-threaded relationships across organizations.
