The Chief of Staff will lead high-impact strategic projects, manage external relations with high-stakes partners and donors, and oversee the organization's business operations. They are responsible for turning the 2028 vision into actionable systems and running the operating rhythm to ensure organizational goals are met.

Lead the end-to-end design of new features for learners and tutors, owning the full design stack from UX to visual identity. Develop the long-term product vision and maintain a scalable design system while grounding decisions in user research.

The engineer will own full-stack features used by hundreds of thousands of learners and tutors, working directly with stakeholders from ideation through implementation. Responsibilities include building features, experimenting, and writing simple, readable, and maintainable code.
