The Event Manager oversees the strategy, logistics, and execution of regional Leadership Symposia and virtual career fairs. This includes managing budgets, coordinating with corporate partners and student leaders, and optimizing event operations for scalability.

The role is split equally between financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and hands-on accounting. Key duties include managing the operating budget, forecasting cash flow, and performing daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks.

Lead the individual giving and engagement strategy to scale annual revenue from $2.5M to $10M+. Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors while leading a fundraising team and collaborating with the Executive Team.
