The Pre-Production Print/Textile Designer will translate creative concepts into production-ready artwork by managing print file setup, color accuracy, and precise size scaling. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements and quality standards.

The consultant will work with the leadership team to shape and define a three-year strategic plan. Responsibilities include structuring business initiatives, conducting market research, and creating board-ready presentations.

The Creative Project Manager will develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met while coordinating between various teams. They will also assist in managing creative workflows and serve as a day-to-day contact for marketing and creative teams.
