Lead the design and development of scalable React-based user interfaces using AI-assisted tools like Cursor to accelerate workflows. Establish architectural standards, implement TDD loops, and mentor teams on AI tooling to increase development velocity.

Own and enforce end-to-end QA standards across backend and frontend systems to ensure high-quality user experiences. Lead the development of automation-first test strategies and mentor QA team members while managing release readiness.

The Lead, State Policy and Advocacy will drive and manage strategic partnerships across priority states, working closely with Co-Founders to deepen collaborations with State Governments, particularly in Women and Child Development and Education departments. This role also involves overseeing state-level policy teams, responding to government requests, and mobilizing resources for seamless execution of policy initiatives.
