The Solutions Engineer will design robotic solutions for warehouse operations by analyzing data, developing facility layouts, and building simulations. They will collaborate with Sales and customers to validate system performance and communicate the business value of robotic implementations.
Own Tier 3 escalations by analyzing diagnostic data, identifying root causes, and coordinating complex hardware and software issue resolution with customers and internal teams. Develop diagnostic tools and processes, document resolutions, and collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and support operations.
