Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, manufacturing, professional, and other assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment coordination. Maintain recruiting records and metrics, partner with hiring managers and HR on selection and process improvements, and assist with onboarding and other HR operations.
