Establish and execute Configuration Management processes and administer the Arena PLM environment to maintain product integrity. Lead the Engineering Change Order workflow and Configuration Control Board activities to ensure disciplined change control and traceability.

Lead the full life cycle development of in-space electric propulsion products from requirements through deployed operations. This includes managing system architecture, interfacing with stakeholders, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams for product characterization and verification.
