You will build, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflows to automate business processes across underwriting, claims, and operations. Additionally, you will monitor production performance and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve friction points using AI.
The People Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR data maintenance. They will also support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and provide administrative support for global HR operations.
