The VP of Finance will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including month-end close, multi-state tax compliance, and revenue recognition for a global SaaS and hardware company. They will lead a distributed team and partner with the CFO on strategic scaling, budgeting, and systems architecture.

As the sole in-house legal resource, you will own the entire legal function including commercial contracts, corporate governance, and IP across four jurisdictions. You will build the legal playbook from scratch and advise leadership on compliance, AI policy, and international expansion.
