Lead and grow a team of maintenance technicians to support a fleet of autonomous electric aircraft across Brazil. Develop maintenance programs, coordinate fleet-wide retrofits, and provide technical feedback to engineering for aircraft design iterations.

Develop the Brazilian agricultural customer base for Pelican Spray by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Act as the primary contact for clients and coordinate with HQ for aircraft delivery and logistics.
