The Business Development Manager will identify and target companies with IT hiring needs to generate new business opportunities. They are responsible for managing the sales pipeline, conducting discovery meetings, and closing service agreements.

Provide strategic advisory support for job architecture and compensation design during the RFP phase. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with Workday HCM data models and configuration best practices.

The Project Manager will lead the discovery and assessment phase for replacing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) systems, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across facilities, procurement, finance, and IT. Primary duties involve documenting current-state processes, gathering business requirements, analyzing capability gaps, and supporting the evaluation of future ERP solutions.

This role involves leading the comprehensive analysis, documentation, and prioritization of 16 legacy applications within Facilities and Campus Management to develop a strategic roadmap for their upgrade, integration, or replacement. Key duties include inventory assessment, business process mapping, strategy development, and extensive stakeholder engagement.

The IT Project Manager will lead regulatory-driven initiatives focused on data sharing, patient access, and interoperability. They will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely, compliant delivery of projects supporting CMS mandates.
