The Legal Intern will support the Legal Department by conducting research, drafting policies, and analyzing regulatory developments for a life insurance and annuity company. They will assist attorneys with contract review and compliance-related projects across the organization.

Support the development and execution of enterprise retail strategies for life insurance and annuities while coordinating across senior leadership. Lead cross-functional initiatives, track key performance metrics, and maintain operating rhythms to ensure strategic priorities are met.

This role leads life insurance pricing and product initiatives from initial concept through launch and ongoing management, providing clear, decision-ready analytics to ensure pricing aligns with all regulatory and financial requirements. Key duties involve leading product development, maintaining pricing governance, producing insightful projections for executive decisions, and enhancing pricing models and tools.

The Assistant Vice President-Corporate Counsel will provide expert legal advice for the development and distribution of new annuity and life insurance products, primarily by representing the Legal & Compliance Department on cross-functional teams. Key duties include reviewing product forms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assessing potential legal risks in complex business situations.
