Provides non-clinical support for medical management operations by handling complex file reviews and inquiries from members and providers. Acts as a liaison between internal departments and coordinates care under the direction of an RN Case Manager.

The case manager will assess member needs using clinical judgment to develop and monitor effective care plans. They will also collaborate with providers and internal resources to ensure members receive quality, cost-effective care.
