Responsibilities include preparing manufacturing performance metrics, conducting month-end reconciliations, and supporting system improvements within the ERP environment.
Lead and manage a team of Commercial Agronomists to provide technical guidance and support grower adoption of fertilizer technology. Translate agronomic data into practical sales actions and oversee regional field trials and product demonstrations.
Drive sales of microbial solutions within the Heartland territory by building relationships with agricultural clients and managing distribution partners. Lead strategic business planning and provide training and support to local grower and retail representatives.
Provide technical expertise on nitrogen management and crop fertility to distribution partners and growers. Lead training events, manage on-farm product demos, and support sales efforts through field tours and trade shows.
