The Implementation Specialist will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success on the PEX platform. This includes configuring accounts, documenting workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to remove adoption barriers.

The role involves identifying, initiating, and growing strategic partnerships with software platforms, accounting ecosystems, and channel partners to influence or serve mid-market customers. This includes leading C-suite relationships for top-tier partners and owning all partnership outcomes such as pipeline, revenue growth, and card spend.
