The Growth Lead will architect the IP growth strategy for Perenimals, overseeing content, channel strategy, and growth metrics. They will manage a junior social lead and artist while pursuing strategic collaborations and licensing opportunities to build durable brand equity.

The role involves owning both the core DeFi protocol and the consumer StableBank product, managing vault architecture and yield strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining the product roadmap, conducting user research, and writing detailed technical specifications for engineers.
