The Implementation Manager drives the successful delivery of Flow Efficiency initiatives within the Digital Sales and Product Enablement transformation, coordinating activity across multiple concurrent initiatives and leading designated projects. This role also involves line management of Delivery and Implementation Leads, providing direction, coaching, and quality assurance across their work areas.
