Perform financial analysis regarding existing operations, productivity, and budget variance to support revenue cycle management. Evaluate existing and new programs to provide recommendations for enhancement and participate in annual budget development.

Responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and support of Epic's enterprise reporting systems and data infrastructure. This includes managing ETL processes, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data security and availability.

Support the administration and maintenance of Workday and UKG Pro WFM, focusing on business process configuration and reporting. Act as an IS liaison to manage technical projects and ensure accurate data flow between healthcare application systems.
