The District Manager is responsible for managing and energizing a district of retail locations to drive sales and ensure operational perfection. This includes recruiting, training, and mentoring sales teams while implementing strategies for both high and underperforming stores.

The Regional Field Trainer is responsible for delivering new hire training and facilitating sales-specific learning programs to drive performance. They will partner with regional leadership to implement growth initiatives and ensure the sales force meets corporate metrics.
