The Data Analyst will own the data infrastructure and translate product and customer data into practical business insights. Responsibilities include building self-serve dashboards, writing SQL, and maintaining data pipelines to guide decision-making.

Lead the end-to-end engineering of new user research tools from early exploration to enterprise-ready delivery. Collaborate with product and design teams to shape feature behavior and set the technical direction for the Innovation team.

Design and ship customer-facing research features while architecting the underlying infrastructure and automation for scalability and reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally to prototype new product ideas and contribute to the company's overarching platform direction via the Platform Guild.

Oversee the full enterprise sales cycle to acquire high-value accounts and build a sustainable ecosystem of strategic partnerships. Lead regional teams and engage with C-level executives to align product roadmaps with market needs.

You will lead technical strategy and architecture while remaining hands-on with the codebase to build scalable, reliable research tools. Additionally, you will mentor engineers, foster a high-performing culture, and partner with product and design teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
