Execute the technical implementation of HRSD and maintain employee journeys and the Employee Center. Troubleshoot technical issues, support junior developers, and ensure code quality through peer reviews.

The consultant will leverage technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on enhancing employee and customer workflows to improve efficiency and drive digital transformation. Responsibilities include developing technical solutions, implementing them, performing integration and functional testing, and instructing/directing the work of others on the development team.
