The Clinical Appeals Author performs comprehensive reviews of clinical documentation to determine if appeals are warranted for denied claims. They write compelling, clinically relevant letters to support medical necessity and handle audit-related correspondence.

The Controller is responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, performing net revenue and expense analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. They also monitor financial performance, communicate variances to leadership, and ensure compliance with government agencies and auditors.
