You will act as a technical specialist providing pre-sales and post-sales support, including product demonstrations, training, and configuration for customers and partners. Additionally, you will lead discovery calls and assist in resolving technical issues within live deployments.

The Senior Product Architect will design new features across all platform layers and maintain the feature and issue backlog. They will act as the primary technical bridge between the Technical Services team and Engineering to drive implementation and testing.
