The Head of Engineering will define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with company objectives and lead the evolution of the technology organization. They will establish strong engineering operating principles and drive execution excellence across various engineering functions.

Manage a portfolio of high-value partners to drive retention, engagement, and growth through strategic business reviews and trusted advisory. Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for partner needs and increase platform adoption and referrals.

The Product Designer will drive evidence-based design decisions by applying design-thinking methodologies and conducting user research throughout the product lifecycle. They will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to build intuitive, responsive user interfaces and maintain a robust design system.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing step-by-step guidance and troubleshooting issues within the Ninety platform. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bugs, manage client configurations, and share feedback to improve the product experience.
