Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while translating them into clear user stories and system specifications. The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for building and leading a team, owning the end-to-end research process by selecting appropriate methods, pushing back on vague briefs, and synthesizing findings to drive team thinking. Key duties include designing and executing user research studies independently, leading qualitative methods, managing operational realities like recruitment, and creating actionable deliverables such as personas and journey maps.

This senior individual contributor role involves serving as a technical leader for AI-assisted engineering, driving the adoption of tools like Copilot, and architecting/delivering AI-powered product features to improve healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities also include leading MLOps initiatives, building full-stack solutions using C#, React, and Python, and defining best practices for AI integration.
