Build and lead the clinical data engineering practice by defining reference architectures and reusable patterns for healthcare data. Lead a team in developing analytics and transactional pipelines while providing technical leadership on client engagements.

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements while translating them into clear user stories and system specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, QA, and designers to ensure requirements are testable and support the overall project delivery lifecycle.

The Director will also build strategic relationships with Product and Engineering leadership and manage operational aspects like roadmap planning and team visibility systems.

This senior individual contributor role involves serving as a technical leader for AI-assisted engineering, driving the adoption of tools like Copilot, and architecting/delivering AI-powered product features to improve healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities also include leading MLOps initiatives, building full-stack solutions using C#, React, and Python, and defining best practices for AI integration.
