Lead major AI engineering projects from design through delivery, building agentic workflows that combine deterministic rules, LLMs, embedding search, and structured extraction. Develop evaluation and regression pipelines, shape platform architecture and engineering standards, and mentor teammates while helping the team meet delivery commitments.
You will lead the technical direction and architectural choices for the AI agent platform while building and optimizing AI-driven workflows. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and perform code reviews to maintain technical standards.
