Design, build, and operationalize a scalable quality assurance framework for a network of outpatient preventive health clinics. This includes establishing data review processes, creating quality dashboards, and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety.

The clinician will assess and triage abnormal skin findings from Neko scans to determine if patients can be discharged or require referral. They will also establish clinical escalation processes and build a network of community dermatologists across US sites.

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and building high-polish, fail-safe user experiences across member-facing applications and clinical workflows, leading by example in system design and outcome ownership. Key deliverables include architecting end-to-end features, championing AI-first workflows, driving reliability initiatives, and mentoring other engineers.
