The Strategic Relationship Manager serves as the primary owner for geographic territories, building and sustaining trust-based partnerships across the EMS ecosystem. They manage stakeholder engagement, lead onboarding efforts, and coordinate with internal teams to align field needs with organizational priorities.

The Psychometrician performs psychometric activities for examinations to ensure they are fair, defensible, and aligned with EMS practice. This includes conducting data analyses, creating technical reports, and collaborating with subject matter experts on item development.
