National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC)

The Product Analyst manages the provisioning and integrations product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategy and scalable solutions. They are responsible for documenting business requirements, evaluating system integrations, and ensuring product enhancements align with technical architecture and member needs.

Provide virtual and on-site business process consultation and implementation services to members regarding Work Management Solutions. Analyze product utilization data to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver training to internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and coach the Utility Account Management team to ensure high-quality, personalized experiences for members in the Western US. Act as a conduit between account managers and internal projects while resolving complex member issues across divisions.

Provide remote and onsite consulting to utility members regarding product utilization and industry best practices. Analyze member data to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver software training to stakeholders.
