The Lead will serve as the internal and external fraud subject-matter expert, maintaining knowledge of fraud mitigation tools and providing comprehensive support across the customer lifecycle, including acting as the primary escalation point for fraud inquiries. They will also support Go-To-Market efforts by partnering with Sales on risk management features and play a critical role in expanding adoption of fraud solutions.
