The Middle School Mentor supports student academic progress and engagement through regular communication and classroom management. They are responsible for maintaining student logs, hosting learning labs, and collaborating with curriculum teachers to ensure student success.

The Onboarding Specialist manages the student enrollment process, including transcript analysis, course scheduling, and maintaining accurate student records. They also provide compassionate communication to families regarding scholarships, state testing, and compliance requirements.
