Mosaic Pharmacy

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls to coordinate medication regimens and pharmacy services. Responsibilities include documenting interactions in CRM systems and routing clinical needs to pharmacists.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective patients to explain services and guide them through the enrollment process. Document all interactions accurately and collaborate with provider offices to ensure a smooth transition into pharmacy services.

Lead and develop a team of call center supervisors to manage inbound and outbound operations across phone, digital, and chat channels. Oversee performance metrics, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care for medically complex seniors.
