The Title Examiner is responsible for researching public records and examining the chain of title to determine the legal condition of residential properties. They resolve documentation issues and prepare initial title commitment reports based on procedural guidelines.
Manage Deed in Lieu title files from referral through clearance and final client reporting. Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve title exceptions, prepare legal documents, and submit Title Packages for HUD/VA properties.
