Responsible for developing and growing the MPS business in Israel by managing top accounts and identifying new high-potential customers. This includes executing sales strategies, coordinating with distributors, and providing service support across automotive, industrial, and consumer segments.

Manage customer forecasts, bookings, and backlog analysis while interfacing between regional sales teams and the factory. Oversee NPI launch preparations, customer service functions, and the RMA material returns process.

Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence in the European industrial market while managing relationships with key accounts and regional players. Facilitate collaboration between product lines, field sales teams, and customers to ensure the development and marketing of appropriate industrial power solutions.

The primary responsibility involves engaging with current and potential key customers in the South-Central US territory to secure design wins incorporating MPS products and services. This role also includes managerial, coaching, and mentoring duties while acting as a hands-on "player coach" to drive design-in activity and exceed revenue targets.

The Field Applications Engineer will provide technical support to customers and sales partners, manage joint development programs, and collaborate with customers on system architecture design. This role also involves leading technical discussions and delivering training for internal teams and customers.
