The coordinator will recruit, train, and manage volunteers while conducting outreach to educate the community about Minnesota Aging Pathways. They will also provide objective information and assistance to older adults and their families regarding Medicare and health care benefits via phone.

The role involves entering data into the Client Tracking System and managing incoming and outgoing mailings. Additionally, the specialist supports supervisors with reporting, meeting agendas, and inventory management.
