The role involves delivering high-quality data science for strategic clients and integrating these capabilities into the core MindBridge product. Additionally, the Senior Data Scientist will mentor junior staff and develop new methods to achieve key analytic goals.

The role oversees day-to-day accounting functions including month-end close, order-to-cash, and taxation. Key duties involve managing revenue accounting, financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and tax compliance.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for protecting and growing revenue by ensuring customers derive maximum value from the AI platform. This includes managing a book of business, driving renewals and expansions, and acting as a product expert and voice of the customer.

Partner with external audit customers to drive the adoption of AI-powered analytics and ensure they realize maximum value from the platform. Manage a book of business by developing success plans, mitigating churn risks, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve product feedback and renewals.
