Carrier Relations
Build and manage commercial relationships with telecommunications carriers across Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico, and Central America, including negotiating rates and interconnection agreements and identifying new partnership opportunities. Monitor traffic route performance and costs, contribute to least-cost routing optimization, escalate routing issues, coordinate with internal teams, and report relationship and negotiation outcomes to management.
