The Event Project Manager oversees the complex lifecycle of AV production and creative design projects for corporate clients. They serve as the primary point of contact, managing project scope, budgets, and timelines while leading onsite execution.

Manage a high volume of inbound leads to sell event production, creative, and planning services to corporate clients. Guide the full sales cycle from initial qualification and technical solution design to the final signed contract.

The Director of Demand Generation will build and execute a roadmap to drive qualified leads across paid, organic, and AI-powered search channels. They will manage budget allocation, optimize conversion funnels, and partner with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff and pipeline growth.

The Creative Director will act as the strategic and aesthetic lead for complex corporate events, bridging brand strategy with immersive physical experiences. They will own the project lifecycle from initial concept and AI-enhanced narrative development through to final onsite delivery.
