Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to translate federal mission needs into clear Salesforce requirements, user stories, and process flows. Coordinate with technical teams and external partners to ensure the delivery of usable, well-documented Salesforce solutions.

Provide technical oversight and advisory support for the design, implementation, and sustainment of Salesforce solutions for federal customers. Review solution designs, security models, and DevOps practices to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce-based solutions for federal customers using Apex, LWC, and Flow. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and mentor junior developers.

This role will centralize and support key business development, sales, and related operational tasks, directly supporting the CEO and COO while serving the broader BD team. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining Salesforce records, building reports, supporting quote development, and coordinating outreach activities.
