The Revenue Cycle Coordinator drives results for customers by managing A/R follow-up, submission of RAP and NOE, reporting, appeals, daily operations, and cash collections, while also providing subject matter expertise in billing processes and A/R management.

The associate will provide knowledgeable and timely support by answering billing-related questions for the MatrixCare HHP application via phone and electronic communication. They must diagnose and resolve basic to complex financial or billing issues while troubleshooting nonstandard problems directly with customers.
