The Senior Security Analyst is responsible for triaging alerts, conducting customer-facing incident investigations, and performing proactive threat hunting. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior analysts and communicating findings to customers and internal teams.

Lead alert triage and execute complex security investigations to assist customers with incident response. Provide mentorship to junior analysts and proactively hunt for threats within customer environments.

Act as an Incident Commander to lead customer response and recovery efforts during security events. Develop IR plans, playbooks, and conduct tabletop exercises to improve incident preparation.
