Coordinate and supervise the implementation of individualized Plans of Care, Transition Plans, and Crisis Plans for youth. Lead team meetings and provide family support and stabilization using the High Fidelity Wraparound model.

Oversee program operations and ensure employees perform duties in alignment with program goals and philosophy. Manage staff performance, financial performance, and compliance with licensure and accreditation standards.

The Licensing Specialist ensures compliance with state regulations and manages the licensing processes for foster parents and advocates. They also conduct home studies, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate training in accordance with state curriculum.
