LIGHTHOUSE YOUTH SERVICES INC

The Operations Coordinator manages administrative functions, including compliance, billing, and referral processing for the OhioRISE program. They are responsible for maintaining databases, tracking outcome data, and supporting the Director with quality initiatives and staff training.

Coordinate and supervise the implementation of individualized Plans of Care and Crisis Plans for youth using the High-Fidelity Wraparound model. Maintain all service documentation and facilitate family support and stabilization during crises.

The Intake Specialist manages referrals and completes intake processes to ensure timely enrollment of youth and families into OhioRISE services. They coordinate appointments, assess member needs, and collaborate with community partners to provide appropriate referrals and stability.
