The Operations Coordinator manages administrative functions, compliance, and data reporting for the OhioRISE program. They also support the Director with training, referral processing, and maintaining accurate program databases.

Coordinate and implement individualized Plans of Care and Crisis Plans for youth using the High-Fidelity Wraparound model. Manage service delivery, conduct Life Domain Assessments, and facilitate team meetings to ensure family stabilization and support.

Manage referrals and complete intake processes to ensure timely enrollment of youth and families into OhioRISE services. Coordinate appointments and collaborate with community partners to identify immediate needs and provide appropriate referrals.
