The analyst will provide additional bandwidth to an internal team by managing CRDT rules. They will focus on revenue cycle specific rule knowledge within Soarian Financials and Oracle Cerner.

Perform a current-state assessment of the Microsoft 365 and Teams environment to identify security gaps and governance risks. Provide remediation guidance, best-practice alignment, and potentially develop governance strategies and training for IT leadership.

Deliver foundational and advanced training on Oracle/Cerner Revenue Cycle Rules maintenance to internal analysts. Develop best practices for rule organization and optimize existing rule sets to eliminate duplication.

The analyst will serve as a CDI coder to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant documentation reflecting patient severity and quality of care. Responsibilities include bridging CDI and coding functions and performing DRG reconciliation.
